Located in Testaccio, the 20th rione (district) of Rome, Stazione di Posta joins an exceptional history with a unique location. Born from the conversion of Campo Boario, the area of the cattle market during the Roman period, Stazione di Posta is part of Città dell’Altra Economia  – Cae (City of Alternative Economics) a multi-functional center dedicated to environment, culture, food and social activities.

The building is characterized by an architectural configuration which combines preservation of the original structure and creation of innovative solutions which, although separate, confront each other in a state of continuous interaction.
Materials such as iron, used with structural and decorative function, cast iron pillars and columns and glass windows have been preserved according to the flexibility of the space and the principle of functionality.

Since the summer of 2018, Stazione di Posta evolved from a Michelin starred to a bistrot gourmand restaurant. A change coherent with the high quality standards that have always characterized its eno gastronomic offer.
The menu is divided in two proposals: the first, with a series of easy but tasty plates, typical of a bistrot. The second presents some unexpected and creative plates, thought and prepared with an eye to gourmet and excellence food.
The cocktail bar has been renowed and improved: original cocktails following the last tendencies of mixology with great spirits, home-made syrups, spices and fresch fruits.
Many changes and news, but the quality and hospitality that have always distinguished Stazione di Posta in the past. Open every day (from 7 pm to 1 am – Tuesday closed)
